This is the most expensive spice there is due to its power; a small touch of saffron can add an aroma and flavor sure to please any dish.
The Spanish saffron from La Mancha has the maximum aroma, flavor and color. This very finest Spanish saffron is admittedly more expensive than gold weight for weight, but you will know why when you crush these delicate and aromatic orchid stamens.
