Cancellations
Buyer will have a maximum of 24 hours after the order has been placed to cancel the same. Please, submit your cancellation request via e-mail or call our business phone at 787-384-8051.
E-mail cancellations must contain the following : first and last name, order number, e-mail address, shipping address and phone number, which has to be identical to the one provided with the original order, so we may contact you directly if necessary with regard to the reason for cancellation, since we are interested in providing the best service available to our clients.
Refunds
Buyer must notify Seller within 24 hours upon receipt of any product which is defective or does not conform with the terms of the order. After such time the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the product and Seller shall have no obligation to accept return/ credit.
Buyer shall immediately inspect the product upon its delivery and promptly notify Allinthekitchen.net, Inc. if the same is defective or does not conform with the terms of the order. If the Buyer does not notify within said 24 hours of the receipt of the product that any portion is defective or does not conform with the order, Buyer shall then be deemed to have accepted the product and Allinthekitchen.net,Inc. will have no obligation to accept a return of the product. Upon the 24 hour notification from Buyer that there is a defective product or the same does not conform with the order, All inthekitchen.net. Inc. shall have the option, at its sole discretion, of replacing such product or providing Buyer with a credit for such product.
Perishable Articles
Orders are shipped upon receipt of the same, usually within a 24 hour time frame, excepting weekends and holidays.
Perishable articles are generally shipped in secure temperature controlled packaging to ensure freshness upon arrival of products, usually via Federal Express or UPS and need immediate attention upon arrival.
Buyer will be responsible for notifying Allinthekitchen.net, Inc. within 24 hours upon receiving the product if the same does not conform with the order or arrived in a non acceptable state. It is important that photos be provided if possible.
Return packages are to be sent via FedEx, UPS or US Parcel Post insured in order to protect Buyer if items are damaged or package is lost in transit.
Shipping cost will be informed after order has been placed and customer has proceeded to check out.
Non-Perishable Articles
Buyer will have a maximum of 15 days to notify Allinthekitchen.net of orders of non-perishable articles that do not conform with the order or arrive in a defective state.
Action will be taken immediately after Buyer notifies Allinthekitchen.net, Inc. of any kind of problem in order to provide the best solution available at the time.
Shipping Costs
Costs will be determined by weight, size, shipping method used and destination of the products. The average UPS cost per pound is $8.00.
