Love for good food, for the perfect gathering with family and friends, for new ideas in the kitchen that facilitate our work , for the being able to go to a restaurant that offers the kind of different menu we are really hoping for that evening.

Desperation because finding what it takes for all that to happen is no easy task depending on where you live. When our ideas do not find a way to be expresed in any field, frustration appears and it is not the best friend to have around. We have been there....we know.

That is why we decided to not just mope and protest. We decided to do something about it, so we went traveling, researching, making the appropriate connections for the solutions we needed, and we think we have found them. We will also continue to do so in the future.
